Marchand has to now declare his candidacy for the Governor of North Carolina. Which is great because I assume he is still a Canadian citizen and unable to run. I also do not know if Cooper can run again. For this blog I will now move to North Carolina and write Marchand's name in, regardless. Orrrrr....... when Cooper runs for President of the United States Marchand has to come out with a commercial denouncing him. Trolling Cooper to Bolivian. Checkmate, darling.
